HeyDay takes pride in offering premium products and we want you to love your selection as much as we do. If an item fails to meet your expectations, simply return it within 7 days of your purchase and we will replace the item, exchage the item or refund the price of the products in full.

Out of Stock Items

We work hard to keep everything in stock for you. Unfortunately, sometimes demand exceeds our expectations or our vendors have unexpected delays. If something you have ordered is out of stock, we will email you to review your options.

Shipping

We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or to international addresses.

Standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 days transit time.

Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns for unused or damaged goods. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please feel free to return it within 7 days. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.
